Privacy policy

PRIVACY POLICY
 
1.
This Privacy Policy defines the terms of processing personal data obtained through the EuroFashion online store (hereinafter the "Store".)
 
2.
The owner of the Store and data administrator is Sławomir Woś, doing business as Euro Fashion with its principal office at Pruszcz Gdański (83-000), 69 Powstańców Warszawy Street, registered in the Register of Business Activity held by the Mayor of Pruszcz Gdański at no. 3553, Tax Identification Number: 593–000–40–93, hereinafter Euro Fashion.

Euro Fashion makes exceptional effort to ensure that the privacy of the Customers visiting the Store is respected.

§ 1 How Do We Collect Data?
 
1.
EuroFashion collects data of natural persons performing a legal act not directly related to their business, natural persons performing a business or professional activity in their own name, and natural persons representing legal persons or organizational units which are not legal persons and have been granted statutory legal capacity, performing a business or professional activity in their own name, hereinafter jointly Customers.
 
2.
A Customer’s personal details are collected when the Customer registers their accounts in the online Store.
 
3.
When registering their account in the Store, the Customer provides their:
 
a) email address;
b) address of residence:
    -post code and town/city;
    -country;
    -street with the house/apartment number.
c) date of birth;
d) first name and last name;
e) telephone number
f) sex.
 
4.
During account registration in the Store the Customer establishes an individual access password to his/her account. The password may be changed by the Customer at a later date, as defined in §4.
 
5.
When Entrepreneurs are concerned, the details that need to be provided are as above, plus additionally:
 
a) the Entrepreneur's business name;
b) Tax Identification Number.
 
6.
While using the Store's website, additional information may be collected, such as the IP assigned to the Customer's computer or an external IP of the Internet provider, domain name, type of browser, access time, type of operational system.
 
7.
Customer navigation data, such as information related to links and references which the Customer chooses to click or any other activities they may undertake in our Store, may also be collected.

§ 2 How Do We Use the Data Collected?
 
1.
If an account is registered in the Store, Customer's data are used to create an individual account and manage it.
 
2.
If a purchase is made in the Store, personal details may be disclosed to a courier company for the purpose of delivering the ordered goods.
 
3.
If the Customer selects the przelewy24.pl system as payment method, their personal details will be disclosed inasmuch as is necessary to process the payment to the DialCom24 Sp. z o.o. company with its principal office at Poznań (60-327 Poznań, 15 Kanclerska Street), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the city of Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Business Division of the National Court Register, KRS [National Court Register] no 0000306513.
 
4.
Navigation data may be used to provide better service to Customers, for statistical analyses and customization in accordance with the Customer’s preferences, as well as for Store administration.

§ 3 Cookies, IP Address
 
1.
The Store uses small files called cookies. These are stored on the Store visitor's computer if the browser permits it. A cookie usually contains the domain it belongs to, "cookie expiry time" and a unique, randomly selected number which identifies the file. Information collected by means of this type of file helps customize Euro Fashion products to match the preferences and true needs of Store visitors. It also helps compile general visit statistics for products presented in the Store.
 
2.
Euro Fashion uses two types of  cookies:
 
a)
Session cookies: as soon as a browser session is finished or the computer is shut down the information is deleted from the device memory. Session cookie mechanism does not allow for collection of any personal details or any confidential information from the Customer's computer.
 
b)
Persistent cookies: remain in the Customer's end device memory until deletion or expiry. Persistent cookie mechanism does not allow for collection of any personal details or any confidential information from the Customer's computer.
 
3.
At Euro Fashion, we use our own Cookies to:
 
a)
authenticate the Customer in the Store and enable (after logging in) a session in the Store so that you do not need to re-enter your login and password on each subpage;
 
b)
perform analyses, reviews and audits of viewer ratings, and in particular to create anonymous statistics which help us understand how Customers use the Store website; that in turn enables us to improve its structure and content.
 
4.
Euro Fashion uses external Cookies to:
 
a)
compile general and anonymous statistical data by means of the Google Analytics tools (external cookie administrator: Google Inc, based in the USA);
 
b)
present advertisements customized to the Customer's preferences by means of the Google AdSense Internet advertising tool (external cookie administrator: Google Inc, based in the USA);

The cookies mechanism is safe for the Store Customer’s computer. In particular, viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software cannot access the Customer’s computer in this way. However, Customers can restrict or turn off cookie access to their computers in the browser that they use. If you apply this option you can still use the Store except for those functions which require cookies.
 
6.
Below we explain how settings of some popular Internet browsers can be changed to manage the use of cookies:
 
a) Internet Explorer;
b) Mozilla Firefox;
c) Chrome;
d) Safari;
e) Opera.
 
7.
Euro Fashion may collect Customer IP addresses. IP is an address assigned to the computer of a Store visitor by their Internet provider. IP number enables Internet access. In most cases it is dynamically assigned, i.e. it changes every time you access the Internet, and for this reason it is treated as non-personal identifying information. Euro Fashion uses the IP address to diagnose technical problems with the server, compile statistical analyses (e.g. define regions from which most visitors access the Store), as information useful for Store administration and improvement, and for security reasons and identification of server-burdening, unwanted, automated software to browse the Store content.
 
8.
The Store contains links and references to other websites. Euro Fashion shall not be liable for privacy policies which may be used by those websites.

§ 4 Data Access and Security

Personal details collected by Euro Fashion via the Store are processed according to the Personal Data Protection Act  of 29 August 1997 r. (Journal of the Laws 2014,1182, consolidated text).

Only authorized employees of Euro Fashion are granted access to Customers' personal details collected via the Store.
 
3.
Customers' personal details may be disclosed to other entities on the basis of regulations or a consent expressed by the Customer. The list of entities mentioned in the previous sentence is specified in the clause: "How Do We Use the Data Collected?"
 
4.
Euro Fashion ensures that Customers who have an account shall have uninterrupted access to their personal details and can modify or change them at any time. Access and modification of data is possible after logging in to your account in the Store.
 
5.
Customer can delete their personal details from the data set. Euro Fashion may refuse to delete a Customer's data if the Customer has breached the Store Terms & Conditions and preserving the data is necessary to ascertain circumstances and establish responsibility, in particular claim damages from the Customer by Euro Fashion.
 
6.
If a Customer who has an account in the Store has lost, in any way whatsoever, their access password, the Store enables them to generate a new password.  Euro Fashion does not email a password reminder. The password is stored in the database in a coded form which makes it impossible to decipher it. In order to generate a new password you must enter your email address in the "Forgot Your Password" form found on the Store login page. The new password will be automatically sent to the email address entered at the time of registration or at the time of the most recent account profile change.
 
7.
Euro Fashion never sends any correspondence, including electronic correspondence, requesting you to provide your login details, in particular your account access password.
§ 5 Privacy Policy Changes
 
1.
The Privacy Policy may be changed, of which you will be notified by Euro Fashion with 7 days’ notice.
